A woman walking in the countryside, representing active and resilient health

About The PER Method

Health information is only useful when you know what to do with it.

We bring your symptoms, history, lifestyle and blood results together, so you know what matters most and where to begin.

Meet the founder

Laura has worked with clients in her own clinic since 2017.

Laura Dinham is a Naturopath, Nutritional Therapist, Functional Medicine Practitioner, Soft Tissue Therapist and Ozone Practitioner.

She opened her first clinic in 2017 and founded The Ozone Clinic in 2021. Through her work, Laura met more and more people who had symptoms, test results and recommendations, but no clear understanding of how the pieces fitted together or what they should address first.

The PER Method was created to give that information structure. It combines a detailed health assessment, appropriate testing and practitioner interpretation, so each person receives clear priorities.

The right intervention, in the right order, at the right time.

Founder, The PER Method

Why PER was created

What your practitioner does with your results.

Results become useful when someone considers them alongside the person, their symptoms, their history and their goals.

  1. 1 Context

    See the whole picture

Your assessment, lifestyle, symptoms, measurements and biomarkers are considered together.

  2. 2 Priorities

    Identify what matters now

A practitioner helps distinguish immediate priorities from areas to monitor, explore or revisit later.

  3. 3 Action

    Turn insight into action

You receive practical, realistic next steps that fit your current needs and can be reviewed as your health changes.

The framework

Prevention. Elimination. Regeneration.

The three phases give every recommendation a purpose and help create a logical order for your health journey.

How the PER Method works
  • Prevention

    Protect what is working.

Understand risk patterns, support resilience and identify early changes before they become harder to address.

  • Elimination

Reduce what may be getting in the way.

Explore the nutritional, lifestyle and environmental factors that may be placing unnecessary strain on your system.

  • Regeneration

    Rebuild capacity over time.

Support recovery, nutrient status, energy, strength and the foundations needed for more resilient long-term health.

Practitioner-led

A practitioner reviews your results with you.

Algorithms and reference ranges can organise information, but they cannot understand your full story. PER combines structured technology with practitioner judgement, so results are explained in context and recommendations remain personal.

  • Plain-language explanation of your results
  • Priorities shaped around your health assessment
  • Appropriate signposting to your GP or medical team
  • Ongoing review at the level included in your membership

Clinical governance

Delivered through a CQC-registered provider.

The PER Method is delivered and managed by The Ozone Clinic Ltd. The clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission for Diagnostic and screening procedures and Treatment of disease, disorder or injury.

Blood collection and testing are arranged through approved providers, with samples analysed by laboratories operating under the quality and accreditation standards applicable to their work.
