After your assessment and testing
Your health information, interpreted by a practitioner and turned into a clear roadmap you can follow and revisit.
What happens next
Your practitioner considers the results alongside how you feel, your history, lifestyle, measurements, medicines, supplements and goals.
01
Assessments, available test results and relevant personal data form a connected health picture.
02
Results are interpreted with their limitations, relationships and your personal context in mind.
03
The most relevant areas are discussed, including what to act on, monitor, explore or refer onwards.
04
Focused actions and progress markers are organised inside your portal.
Understanding your results
PER categories help organise information and guide discussion. They describe patterns and priorities. They are not medical diagnoses.

04 of 04
Something to discuss or address sooner, including medical follow-up where appropriate.
Review and act
Reference ranges are only one part of the picture.
A value inside a range does not guarantee health, and a value outside it does not by itself diagnose a condition. Timing, preparation, medicines, illness, laboratory methods and natural variation can all affect a result.
Inside the member portal
The portal gives you a calm, structured view of what has been completed, what your information is showing and what to focus on next.
Example screens. Your portal content is personal to you.

Action and progress
The aim is not to change everything at once. Your action plan makes the next steps visible and helps you build them into everyday life.
Evidence & clinical approach
We use structured tools to organise complex information, but they do not make decisions about your health on their own.
01
We draw on established laboratory science, recognised guidance, relevant research and professional experience. We are also clear where evidence is developing or where a test has limitations.
02
A test should help answer a useful question, clarify a pattern, guide an action or measure progress. More testing is not automatically better testing.
03
Technology may help organise information and generate draft summaries, but personal findings and recommendations are reviewed by a practitioner before they are shared.
04
Actions are prioritised according to likely relevance, safety, practicality and your readiness.
Safety and professional boundaries
The PER Method supports health understanding, nutrition and lifestyle action. It does not diagnose disease, provide emergency monitoring or replace your GP, consultant or other medical team.
