How the PER Method works

Understand your health. Know your priorities. Follow a clear plan.

Your history, symptoms, lifestyle, measurements and test results, interpreted by a practitioner to show what deserves attention now.

Your roadmap is viewed through three lenses

  • Prevention Protect health and identify where early action may help.
  • Elimination Reduce barriers that may be placing strain on the body.
  • Regeneration Support recovery, resilience and effective function.

Your own order. Your starting point depends on what your body needs now, and what it is ready for.

  • Adaptive assessment Questions shaped by your answers
  • Professional testing Depth matched to your membership
  • Practitioner-led Your wider health picture interpreted
  • Prioritised roadmap A few focused actions

Start with understanding

Your results are only part of the picture.

A blood result can show what is happening. Understanding why it may be happening requires context: your symptoms, history, habits, goals and how your body’s systems influence one another.

  1. 01

    See the whole person

Testing is considered alongside your assessment, health history, lifestyle, measurements and optional wearable trends.

  2. 02

    Find the pattern

Your practitioner looks beyond isolated numbers to understand connections and identify which areas are most worth exploring.

  3. 03

    Prioritise the next step

You receive a focused roadmap built around what is most relevant and realistic for you now.

Health insight should work in real life.

Your roadmap turns complex information into realistic priorities for food, sleep, movement, recovery and the routines that shape everyday health.

The PER framework

Prevention. Elimination. Regeneration.

Three interconnected ways of deciding what matters now. You may begin with any one of them and move between them as your health changes.

Prevention

Establish your baseline, recognise early signals and support long-term health. Prevention protects what is already working and identifies where early action may reduce avoidable future risk.

Elimination

Identify lifestyle, nutritional or environmental barriers that may be placing unnecessary strain on the body. Elimination means reducing the barriers that are relevant to you, in the right order.

Regeneration

Support the foundations required for recovery, adaptation and effective function, including energy, sleep, movement, nutrient status, nervous-system balance and resilience.

The guiding question is always: What is the right next step for this person, at this time?

In-depth and adaptive

A health assessment that follows your story.

The free PER Health Assessment starts broadly and explores relevant areas in greater depth. It helps organise your information before you choose the level of testing and support you want.

  • Explore
  • Priority
  1. 01

    Safety screen

A short check for symptoms or circumstances that may need medical advice before nutrition and lifestyle support begins.

  2. 02

    Whole-health overview

A broad look across your body systems to identify which areas appear balanced and which may benefit from closer attention.

  3. 03

    Functional patterns

Follow-up questions are activated only in relevant areas, helping build a more useful and personalised picture.

  4. 04

    Deeper exploration

Where appropriate, the assessment explores when a pattern began, what affects it and what has already been investigated.

The assessment describes patterns. It does not diagnose.

Balanced, Watch, Explore and Priority help organise your health information. They do not mean that you have a disease, and the assessment does not select or assign your membership.

Your journey

Seven clear steps over 12 months.

The depth of testing and support depends on your membership, but the process remains personal, guided and easy to follow.

    Establish your baseline

    Book your first professional test

Receive preparation and booking guidance for the blood, urine and physical measurements included in your plan.

  4. 4

    Connect the picture

Review your findings with a practitioner

Your practitioner considers your results alongside your assessment and explains the important patterns in plain language.

  5. 5

    Turn insight into action

    Receive your PER Method roadmap

Follow prioritised Prevention, Elimination and Regeneration actions designed around your needs, goals and capacity.

  6. 6

    Around month 6

    Measure meaningful change

    Complete follow-up testing where included

At approximately six months, targeted retesting can show what has changed and which areas still need attention.

  7. 7

    Adapt your direction

Review progress and refine your roadmap

Where included, your second consultation compares results, recognises progress and establishes the most useful next priorities.

Not every membership includes the same tests or number of consultations. Follow-up testing and reviews are provided where included in your chosen plan.

Your wider health picture

What your practitioner considers.

The PER Method does not rely on one score, one test or one supposed “root cause”. Your practitioner considers the relevant information as a connected whole.

  1. 01

    Your health story

Symptoms, history, previous investigations, medications, supplements and goals.

  2. 02

    Your health data

Relevant blood and urine results, measurements and optional wearable trends.

  3. 03

    Practitioner interpretation

A real practitioner reviews the relationships, context and priorities in your results.

  4. 04

    Progress over time

Your actions, symptoms and relevant markers are revisited so the roadmap can evolve.

A method that adapts

Your roadmap changes as you do.

PER is a continuous process of understanding, prioritising, acting, tracking and reassessing. As your capacity, results and goals change, so can your next focus.

You may need Regeneration before Elimination. Prevention may remain important throughout. There is no single route and no standard protocol applied to everyone.

Questions, answered

What you may want to know.

See all FAQs
Does the assessment choose my membership?
No. You choose your membership according to the depth of testing and support you want. Your assessment personalises the insights and roadmap delivered within that membership; it does not recommend, determine or assign your plan.
Is the PER Method a fixed three-stage programme?
No. Prevention, Elimination and Regeneration are three interconnected lenses. Your practitioner uses them to decide what is most relevant now, and you may move between them as your needs and capacity change.
Do I need a wearable device?
No. Compatible wearable data can add useful context where supported, but it is optional and is not required to join The PER Method.
Will I have a second blood test?
This depends on your membership. Where follow-up testing is included, it will usually be targeted according to your first results and completed at approximately six months.
Does The PER Method diagnose or treat medical conditions?
No. The PER Method provides functional health, nutrition and lifestyle support. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, prescribe medication or replace care from your GP or medical team.
