Why Advanced

Why this level includes more time and testing.

When symptoms, previous results and lifestyle factors overlap, a standard panel can leave important questions unanswered. PER Advanced gives your practitioner the time, testing flexibility and follow-up support to consider the wider picture.

  1. 01

    Testing selected around you

Your practitioner chooses the most relevant markers using your assessment, history, previous results, medications, goals and current concerns.

  2. 02

    Findings read as connections

Results are interpreted alongside symptoms, lifestyle and functional patterns to decide which areas deserve attention first.

  3. 03

    Support to implement and adapt

Practitioner reviews and health coaching help turn insight into realistic action, track progress and refine your roadmap over time.

What is included

One connected programme. Clear support throughout.

Advanced combines the greatest depth of PER testing and practitioner time with practical coaching across the full 12 months.

  1. 60-minute initial consultation

A detailed video consultation to understand your history, priorities, previous investigations and goals before finalising your testing strategy.

  2. Two advanced blood tests

An initial panel chosen for you and a targeted follow-up panel, with two professional blood draws included.

  3. Three practitioner follow-ups

Dedicated reviews to explain findings, assess progress and adjust the priorities within your PER Method roadmap.

  4. Four health-coaching sessions

Practical support to help you implement agreed nutrition, lifestyle, movement, sleep and recovery actions.

  5. £300 functional-testing credit

Credit towards practitioner-recommended functional testing when it is likely to improve understanding or change your plan.

  6. Full PER Method platform

Your assessment, results, roadmap, actions, resources and progress tracking brought together in one place.

Testing chosen for you

How your testing is chosen.

Advanced does not give every member the same fixed panel. Testing is selected with purpose, then refined according to what the first results show.

Test one · Establish the picture

Your initial blood panel

Your practitioner selects the most relevant areas to assess. These may include:

  • Blood count, iron and nutritional status
  • Blood sugar, insulin and metabolic health
  • Cardiovascular and advanced lipid markers
  • Thyroid, hormone and inflammatory markers
  • Liver, kidney and other relevant systems

Test two · Measure what matters

Your targeted follow-up blood panel

Your second test is chosen according to your baseline findings, actions and monitoring needs.

  • Recheck markers that needed attention
  • Measure the response to agreed changes
  • Avoid repeating markers unnecessarily
  • Identify what should continue or change
  • Inform the next stage of your roadmap

£300

Functional testing, only when it adds value

Your credit can be used towards practitioner-recommended functional testing. It is not ordered automatically: the test should answer a useful question, influence the plan or guide a more targeted next step. Any cost above the £300 credit is paid separately.

Deeper insight deserves real conversation.

Advanced gives your practitioner and coach time to connect the detail, explain what matters and support implementation.

Your PER Method roadmap

Three lenses for deciding what matters now.

Prevention, Elimination and Regeneration are interconnected. They are not fixed phases that everyone completes in the same order.

Prevention

Support long-term health, recognise emerging risks and identify where early action may be helpful.

Elimination

Reduce relevant lifestyle, nutritional or environmental barriers that may be placing strain on the body.

Regeneration

Support energy, recovery, movement, adaptation and the foundations of sustainable wellbeing.

The central question: What is the right next step for you, at this time?

Practitioner + coach

Your practitioner and coach, working together.

Your practitioner interprets the health picture and oversees your roadmap. Your health coach helps translate agreed priorities into practical, sustainable changes.

  • Practitioner-led testing and interpretation
  • A short list of clear priorities
  • Coaching support for everyday implementation
  • Appropriate referral back to your GP or medical team

Is Advanced right for you?

Who Advanced is for.

Advanced may be appropriate when a standard health screen is unlikely to provide enough context or support.

You do not need to know which tests you require before you begin. The practitioner-led process is designed to make testing purposeful.

  • You have complex, persistent or interconnected health concerns
  • You have previous results but still struggle to see the wider pattern
  • You want a testing strategy selected around you
  • You need more practitioner time and implementation support
  • You may benefit from targeted functional testing
  • You want deeper, proactive healthspan and performance optimisation

Clear and transparent
