Clarity about your testing
What we test in your blood and urine.
See the markers in each initial panel, how follow-up tests are chosen and where practitioner judgement makes it personal.
Before you read the lists
A marker only matters in context.
A long list of biomarkers is only useful when the results are read alongside your assessment, health history, symptoms, medications, lifestyle and goals.
-
01
Initial panels are defined
Basics, Foundations and Optimise each begin with an agreed panel so you can understand the starting depth of testing.
-
02
Follow-up testing is targeted
Where included, your second panel is selected after practitioner review.
-
03
Results provide direction
Markers contribute to functional health understanding but do not diagnose a medical condition on their own.
Initial panels
What each membership measures.
Choose a membership, then an area of the body. Each list shows the markers in that membership’s first blood and urine panel.

What to expect
How your blood draw is arranged.
You do not need to organise anything until you receive the instructions for your PER test.
- 01 Receive your instructions We confirm the panel being tested and tell you if any preparation, such as fasting or a morning appointment, is required.
- 02 Choose your location Use the clinic finder to select a suitable appointment from the available locations across the UK.
- 03 Attend your blood draw Your samples are collected professionally. The results are then returned securely for your PER practitioner to review.
Mobile collection
Mobile blood draws, arranged in advance.
We may be able to arrange a mobile blood draw at your home or another suitable location. This carries an additional charge based on your location and collection requirements and must be organised in advance with a member of the PER team.
Included in your plan
Professional collection is part of your membership.
PER Basics includes one blood draw. PER Foundations, Optimise and Advanced each include two blood draws during the 12-month membership.
Additional collections
If an extra test or blood draw is recommended outside your membership inclusions, any additional cost will be explained before it is arranged.
UKAS · ISO 15189
Laboratory quality
Our nationwide collection network is provided through Randox Health. Samples are processed by accredited laboratory services operating to recognised UKAS and ISO 15189 quality and competence standards for activities within their accredited scope.
The collection clinic does not interpret your results. Your PER practitioner reviews them alongside your assessment, health history, symptoms, medications, measurements and lifestyle.
